The Cluster for Logistics Luxembourg extends its congratulations to JOHN DRIEGE TRANSPORT LOGISTICS for achieving the Lean & Green label, to Group V for earning their first Lean & Green star, and to DHL Express Luxembourg for obtaining their second Lean & Green star. These recognitions were awarded during the 8th Lean & Green Luxembourg Ceremony by Jil Brimaire and Daniel Kohl on December 11, 2024, at the Goodyear Innovation Center Luxembourg.
The event, attended by 60 guests, was opened by Xavier Fraipont from The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company who emphasized the importance of sustainable initiatives and emerging opportunities in the sector. Eric Muller presented innovative EQMAX tires with sustainable materials designed to enhance fuel efficiency.
To furthermore decrease GHG emissions, Luc Haesaerts of HAESAERTS INTERMODAL shared his strategy on CO2 neutral transportation with hydrogen as a key solution.
An immediate impact can be provided with the E-CLEAN'FUEL+ system by LICA Innovation, showcased by Lucas Fischer, with the testimonial from Marc Valette, who successfully implemented the system on trucks, buses and locomotives at CFL multimodal.
The Lean & Green Awards 2024 were organized in collaboration with Goodyear and supported by the Ministère de la Mobilité et des Travaux publics, Connekt, and enoprimes by Enovos Luxembourg.
